Videos To Be Deleted After End Of December 2023

We're writing to let you know that all videos that were uploaded in Appsessment Documentation will be deleted starting from early January 2024. So, please ensure you have taken back-up of all Videos that you may have uploaded in your Service App.

In July this year we removed the video uploading features in Appsessment due to the changes in the video processing policies. Although the video uploading was no longer available, we continued to host the previously uploaded videos so users have enough time to download back-ups of their existing videos before they are permanently deleted. From January 2024, we will be removing all videos from Appsessment which means any videos that were uploaded in your documentation will no longer be available.

What do you need to do?

If you have uploaded videos previously, please ensure you and the parents have back-up of all videos by the end of December 2023. Once the videos are deleted from our server, it will no longer be available and cannot be recovered. The Video gallery page will also be removed from the App.

We will however continue to have the Photo upload features and all other data in your App will remain intact. This notice is only for the videos added in documentation updates.
